3. How to Initiate a Return

    • The reason for return
    • Photos of the product (if damaged, defective, or incorrect)
  2. Return Authorization: Upon approval, we will send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions on how to return the item. Please do not return the item without first obtaining authorization.

4. Shipping for Returns

  • Return Shipping Cost: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. In these cases, we will cover return shipping costs.
  • Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item without tracking information.
  • Return Address: You will be provided with the return address once your return is authorized. Please do not send the return to the address on your package without prior approval.
  • Return Packaging: Please ensure the item is securely packaged in its original packaging to avoid any damage during return shipping. We are not responsible for any damage that occurs while the product is being returned.

5. Refunds Process

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it to verify that it meets the return eligibility criteria. The refund will be processed based on the following conditions:

  • Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase (credit card, PayPal, etc.). Refunds to bank accounts or other non-transactional payment methods may take longer.
  • Processing Time: Once the return is received and approved, the refund will typically be processed within 5-10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to appear in your account.

7. Exchanges

At this time, IDPARK does not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired product. The return process for refunds is outlined above.

8. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately at order@idpark.ph. We will attempt to cancel your order if it has not been processed or shipped.

  • Order Cancellation Before Shipment: If the order has not yet been shipped, we will cancel it and provide a full refund.
  • Order Cancellation After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, please follow the return process outlined above once you receive the product.

9. International Returns

For customers outside of United States, the following additional conditions apply:

  • Return Shipping Costs: International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.
